The year 2019 was marked by uneven development of SIQO products across the different sectors. Some are continuing to grow, such as dairy products, meat (excluding poultry), bread, flour and bakery products. Others are on the decline, such as wine, fruit and vegetables (which, on the other hand, are experiencing strong growth in organic production), fishery and aquaculture products, and poultry and eggs.
It is important to note that the number of SIQO-registered products is growing steadily.
