A look back at the "Raw milk cheeses" symposium [CP]

This Thursday, January 30, INAO and CNAOL (Conseil national des appellations d'origine laitières) organized a scientific symposium at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food entitled "Raw milk cheeses, between risks and benefits: diversity at the heart of the debate".

Over the course of a day, talks by experts and scientists shed light on the benefits and risks of raw milk cheeses, as well as their economic, territorial and heritage dimensions.
This symposium is organized with the scientific partnership of INRA, VetAgro-Sup, the RMT Fromages de Terroirs and with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Directorate General of Health.
