
The INAO, with the support of producers and professionals, will be offering a host of events for young and old alike:
- Free discoveries and tastings of regional products, meetings with local producers.
- Games competitions to win baskets of products and other gifts.
- The Origin Trail, to discover the different official signs (promises, origins, controls...).
- Gustatory experiences with culinary demonstrations by chef Thierry Landragin (with the support of Interbev).
- The presentation of food/wine pairings from our regions by BTS students at the Avize Viti Campus high school.
- A tasting with the Syndicat général des vignerons de la Champagne, hosted by Franck WOLFERT, from 11am to 11:30am

Visitors will be able to discover the "PARTAAGE" network (Pour une Alimentation Responsable et une transition Agri Alimentaire en Grand Est):
- Presentation of the Projet Alimentaire Territorial (PAT) en Grand Est.
- Animations around sustainable food.
