To implement a territorial project, a maturation phase is often necessary. It requires dedicated funding. This stage can represent a brake on the deployment of virtuous practices, particularly within small SIQO sectors. This call for projects therefore makes it possible to obtain support from the public authorities for the essential reflections prior to the implementation of projects linked to ecological planning: drawing up a charter, level 3 environmental certification, global reflections on sustainability, implementation of territorial diagnoses...

A financial boost to get agro-ecological projects off the ground

The envelope allocated to this scheme is 3.8 million euros in aid. For each project, the minimum expenditure is set at €10,000 excluding VAT, with a ceiling of €100,000 per project. Funding can cover up to 80% of the expenses incurred. Eligible expenses are:

  • the gross salary and employer's contributions (as shown on the pay slip) of the lead partner's or partners' staff, as well as any staff made available, who are directly involved in carrying out or engineering the project. The time devoted to the project is justified by cost accounting.
  • external legal, financial, IT, research, training, environmental diagnostics (LCA, carbon footprint) and technical consultancy services directly related to the project. These services are capped at 60% of the eligible cost of project expenditure.

The period for submitting aid applications is open from June 4 until credits run out. Take advantage of it!

Don't hesitate to respond to the call for projects before December 31, 2024.
