JO2024: INAO mobilizes for the French Know-How Trail
As part of the celebrations around the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, INAO is joining forces with the "Parcours des savoir-faire français" to promote products under official signs of quality and origin identification (SIQO), a veritable showcase of the nation's food heritage.

Until September 8, 2024, the Parcours des savoir-faire français will shine the spotlight on France's heritage, its artisans, local producers and businesses of excellence. INAO is joining the initiative, which will run for four months and include a series of events across France: open houses, workshop visits, Sunday markets, fairs, salons, gastronomic villages, and even farmer picnics.
The Parcours des savoir-faire français invites visitors to discover national traditions, as well as authentic, quality products through a variety of experiences across the country. Among the flagship products on display are the IGP "Lacaune", the PDO "Pont-l'Évêque", the PDO "Livarot", the PDO "Camembert de Normandie", the PDO "Neufchâtel", Roquefort" PDO, "Languedoc Saint-Georges-d'Orques" PDO, "Fine Bretagne" PDO, "Pommeau de Bretagne" PDO and "Mirabelle de Lorraine" PGI.
